When should you book a group airport pickup?
The earlier you book, the easier it is. If your group lands on different flights, tell us who arrives when and we will plan one pick-up or several.

Which terminal is your group using?
Sydney Airport has an international terminal and two domestic terminals, each with its own pick-up area. Your ticket shows which one you need.
If your group lands at more than one terminal, send us each terminal and flight time.

Arrivals and departures
Arrivals and departures use different pick-up areas. After landing, your group will need a few minutes for bags.
For a departure, leave a little extra time for traffic near the airport.
